Now that you have started building your community of advocates on Pukket, it is time to learn how to get started with Pukket’s dashboard. We at Pukket, have tried to design a seamless user experience for brands. So, using our dashboard is pretty straightforward.
In this article, we go through different pages on our dashboard. Our aim is to explain what you can achieve with us. We want to show you what Pukket’s dashboard can offer you, from stats about the members of your community of advocates to analytics about the content your advocates are creating.

Community Tab on Pukket’s Dashboard
The Community tab is the first tab on Pukket’s dashboard. The tab includes Community Onboarding, Community Page, and Challenges.
The Community Onboarding page is where you connect your Instagram/Facebook account to Pukket’s dashboard. When you are checking the Community Onboarding page, be careful not to disconnect your account because it might delay the onboarding process since it takes some time to reconnect it.
The Community Page is where you can manage your different communities. Some brands create several communities for each region or location they are active in. Besides managing your existing communities, on this page, you can also create new regional communities.
This is a page that you will be visiting quite often on Pukket’s dashboard. On this page, you can monitor or edit your challenges or create new ones. For detailed information on how to create a challenge on Pukket, visit this blog post.
Analytics Tab on Pukket’s Dashboard
This section is all about stats and analytics of your advocates’ content and the community!
The first thing you see when you log into Pukket’s dashboard is the Overview page. On this page, you can see the number of onboarded advocates as well as your community’s overall engagement. Moreover, here, your community’s average engagement rate is shown in percent. In addition, you can see how many posts Pukket has inspected from potential advocates.
Scrolling down this page, you can see your community of advocates’ most recent content. These are followed by 3 different graphs showing your community’s engagements, posts, and advocates day by day.
Content Analysis is right under the Overview page on the Analytics tab on Pukket’s dashboard. This is where we provide you with invaluable analysis of all posts. On this page, you get access to information about what type of visual content appears on your community of advocates’ posts more often. This information can help you in all sorts of matters such as planning your marketing campaigns.
If you scroll down the page, you can see a thorough visual analysis of each post that your community has created.
The last page under the Analytics tab is Community Stats. On this page, you can find information about your community. The Community Advocates shows a graph of new and returning community advocates. On the Advocacy Leaderboard, you can find a list of the most active users in your community of advocates.
Rewards Tab on Pukket’s Dashboard
The next tab on Pukket’s dashboard is Rewards. Here, we provide you with some practical information about the rewards in your stocks and the rewards that are purchased by the members of your community.
On the Reward Stock page, you can see the status of the rewards you currently have. You can also make changes to your current reward settings.
For example, at the top of the page, you can change the minimum and maximum amount you want to reward the users in your community of advocates for their posts. Keep in mind that you cannot reward your advocates less than £5 (or 5 units in other currencies). Moving on, we have the Rewards page. Here, you can review how many of your current rewards are still in stock. Pukket’s dashboard also allows you to upload new rewards to your stock. If you want to know more about adding rewards to your stock, click here to learn more.
At the bottom of the page, you can see your live rewards based on each community you have.
The Rewards Stats page on Pukket’s dashboard provides you with the essential stats for your community’s rewards. On top of the page, you can see how much of your rewards are sold, how much is still available and how many unique users have purchased them. You can also check the mentioned information about each of the rewards you have in your reward stock.
At the bottom of the page, you have a list of reward purchase history, and you can see what rewards every user has bought.
This is where you can make adjustments to your profile and check the status of your subscription.
On the Profile page of Pukket’s dashboard, you can add or remove information about your brand such as website address, industry, etc.
Subscription & Billing
The information about your Pukket subscription and billing is found on this page. You can renew, change or cancel your subscription.
